This work illustrates a patriarchal figure interrupting the space of two female-presenting figures with saccharine 1950s and 60s music that alternates between idealizing romantic relationships (from a ‘traditional male’ perspective) and telling stories of heartbreak (from a ‘traditional female’ perspective) that fills and impedes on the space of the exhibition.
